AllBusinessGroups is an experimental project, published on a non-professional basis by a natural person. No company has been incorporated to date, no paid service is marketed and no payment is collected.
In accordance with the provisions applicable to non-professional publishers (Article 6, III, 2° of French Act No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy), the publisher has chosen not to make their name, address and telephone number public. Those identification details have been provided to the hosting provider, which is required to keep them and to make them available to the judicial authorities.

The servers used for AllBusinessGroups are located in France. Some technical providers used by the site may nevertheless process data from other countries: the Privacy Policy describes each of them.
Purpose of the site
AllBusinessGroups is an independent platform for listing business clubs, business groups, professional networks and similar professional organizations, and for making them easier to discover.
The site makes it possible to search for these structures, to consult their information and — depending on the features available and on each person's rights — to interact with them or to manage their profile.
Independence
Listing an organization or a group on AllBusinessGroups does not mean that AllBusinessGroups is affiliated with that organization, is its partner or representative, or is approved, mandated or supported by it, unless expressly stated otherwise.
AllBusinessGroups certifies neither the quality, nor the seriousness, nor the legal situation of the listed structures.
Where the published information comes from
The information published may come from:
- the managers of the organizations and groups;
- their authorised members;
- users of the site;
- publicly available sources;
- research carried out by AllBusinessGroups to build and maintain the directory.
A profile created by AllBusinessGroups from public sources is marked as unclaimed until its manager asks to take it over.
AllBusinessGroups endeavours to publish reliable information, but cannot guarantee that it is accurate or permanently up to date.
Reporting an error, requesting a correction
Any person or organization concerned may report an error and request a correction, an update or the removal of information:
- through the contact form on the site;
- from the profile of the organization concerned, by asking to take it over or by reporting its manager;
- at privacy@allbusinessgroups.com where the request concerns personal data or the exercise of GDPR rights.
Requests are handled as soon as possible, and within one month at the latest where they fall under the GDPR.
Intellectual property
The name AllBusinessGroups, its visual identity, the texts written by AllBusinessGroups, the site interface, its developments, the structure of its database and — where such protection applies — the database itself are protected.
Any unauthorised reproduction or representation is prohibited. This includes the extraction or re-use of a qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the directory's content, in particular where the purpose is to rebuild a competing directory, within the limits allowed by law.
The trademarks, names and logos of the listed organizations remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The site currently sets only cookies that are necessary for it to work. Cookie choices can be reviewed and changed at any time through the “Manage my cookies” button in the footer.
Liability
AllBusinessGroups uses reasonable means to ensure the accuracy of the information published and the availability of the site, without any obligation to achieve a specific result. The service may be interrupted at any time, in particular for maintenance or for technical reasons.
